Reformation Pohymn

Reformation

Much more than a confirmation

We are children of a reformation

Finding ways to embrace each other

Let me call you sister and brother

Escaping the screaming crowd

Who struggle with the proud

Let us take the Jesus path

Allow our hearts a childlike laugh

And weep for those bound by need

The sower going forth to scatter the seed

And determine that the way we pray

Comes from the heart, not mere words to say

And pepper the south, north, west and east

With the salt of the earth for those deemed least

We are the reformation

A royal priesthood, holy nation

I believe in you

Will you believe in me?

God will guide us through

The Son will make us free.
